BUSINESS 20 TRAFFIC STUDY OPEN HOUSE HANDOUTS

MAY 3, 2005 PUBLIC MEETING #2

The TxDOT Odessa District, with the assistance of Lee Engineering, LLC, is performing a study of traffic operations and safety along the Business IH 20 (BI 20) corridor from 8th Street in the City of Odessa to Midkiff Road in the City of Midland.  The purpose of this study is to identify short-term and long-term improvements to address the operational and safety issues which currently exist along the BI 20 corridor. 

TxDOT held a public forum to discuss this study and the BI 20 corridor.  At this second public forum, Lee Engineering, TxDOT Odessa District’s consultant in charge of the project, presented and summarized proposed short-term and long-term improvements to the corridor.
